How it works

A day at the till

  1. 1Open shift

    Open a shift with a cash float; cash in and out are recorded with categories.

  2. 2Sell

    Scan barcodes, hold and recall sales, apply discounts, take split or credit payments.

  3. 3Refund & void

    Refunds, voids and discounts each have their own permission and put stock back correctly.

  4. 4Collect credit

    House accounts with limits, terms, ageing buckets and a statement per customer.

  5. 5Close & sync

    Count the cash, print the Z-report, and Sync to Cloud if you were offline.

Cashier and retail POS screens

With barcode scanning, hold/recall, shift open/close with cash counting and Z-report, cash in/out with categories.

Refunds, voids, discounts

Controlled by separate permissions (a cashier role can't refund unless granted). Voiding returns stock correctly for both inventory- and POS-sourced products.

Customers

Customer book, wallet/store credit, loyalty, vouchers.

Buy on credit (house account)

Per-customer credit limit and terms, due dates, ageing buckets (not due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+), collect payments, statement PDF, stop-credit, WhatsApp reminder link, daily email reminders (off until you switch on), Credit Control page.

POS dashboard

Gross/net sales, refunds, voids, trend vs previous period, payment mix, top products and cashiers, open shifts.

Offline mode (per workspace switch)

Tills record shifts, sales, refunds, voids and cash movements locally and upload with Sync to Cloud at day end. Safe to sync twice. Switching modes requires everything synced. Offline sales are never rejected for stock; negative stock is flagged. Browser and desktop app.
