What the AI assistant can do and what it will not

Where it works
Chat with the assistant in a side panel or on a full page. Replies are formatted, with tables and lists.
Across modules
In auto mode it works across all your modules. Name an agent such as CRM, Finance, HR, Restaurant, Visa or Trade to focus it. It finds the right tools when it needs them, from more than 250 tools across the modules, to list, look up, create and change records. Examples: log a bug in a project, raise a purchase requisition, create a quotation, add a shipment cost.
Every change is confirmed
Anything that creates or changes data is held for your confirmation. You see a field-by-field summary and choose to confirm or reject.
Safeguards
- It respects the signed-in user's permissions and your enabled modules.
- There are no delete tools.
- It cannot make a POS sale, void or refund from chat.
- You bring your own AI provider key.
Answers can be wrong, so check the summary before you confirm.
