How the member portal works

Give members a public page to sign in, renew, search, reserve and see their fines.

Each library can have a public member portal.

  1. A library administrator opens the portal. It is off until the library opens it.
  2. A member signs in with a card number and PIN.
  3. They can see their loans, renew, search the catalogue, reserve or cancel a reservation, and see their fines.

The portal is in English only today. Members cannot self-register or pay fines online yet.
