Visa types
A UAE catalogue (employment new, renewal and cancellation, family, visit, golden, freelance and student) is copied into each workspace. Edit fees, processing days and required documents.
Renewals
Vrodux tracks passport, document and issued-visa expiry with 30, 60, 90 and 180-day horizons, so you know who to contact before a visa lapses.
Billing
From a case, generate a draft invoice in Finance: service fee plus government fee. The case links back to the invoice.
Submissions
Record government transactions per case. Recording is manual today, and the channel settings page stores credentials encrypted. Vrodux does not connect live to government systems.
Dashboard
The dashboard shows totals, overdue cases, expiring visas, cases by status and type, revenue and PRO workload.
