Duty estimate

Add duty rates per HS code. The longest matching code wins. The duty estimate shows its working, and any line without a matching rate is flagged, never treated as duty-free.

Payments

Record advance, balance, L/C and TT payments with due dates.

Alerts and dashboard

The dashboard and daily in-app alerts warn about late ETAs, port free days used up (demurrage), expiring documents, and payments due or overdue.

Stock in transit and reports

Inventory shows incoming and outgoing quantity per product. There are 8 reports in the Reports hub.
