How to track a shipment

Import & Export works on its own and is available automatically for tenants whose industry is Import & Export.

Create the shipment

1. Create a shipment and choose import or export.
2. Add the goods lines: HS code, quantity, weight and volume.
3. Add containers.
4. Link a Purchase or Sales order if you want its lines copied in.

You can also import goods lines from Excel or CSV.

Move it along

Update the status as the cargo moves: booked → in transit → arrived → customs → cleared → delivered → closed. The milestone history is kept.

Parties

Keep your suppliers, buyers, forwarders, clearing agents, carriers and banks as parties and attach them to shipments.
