How plans, the free trial and billing work
The 14-day trial, how plans are sized by users, and how to subscribe.

The free trial
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with unlimited users. Reminder emails arrive 7, 3 and 1 days before it ends.
Plans
After the trial, the only thing that changes between plans is the number of users: 3, 10 or 50, and Enterprise through sales. Every module is available on every plan.
Subscribing
Subscribe by card through Stripe or PayPal, and manage it in the billing portal. Checkout does not let you choose a plan smaller than your active user count. Access is restored the moment payment goes through, and data is never deleted if a subscription lapses.
