Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication uses an authenticator app and gives you backup codes. It is optional for each user, and you can enforce it for the whole workspace.

Security settings

These settings are actually enforced:

  • password length, complexity and expiry
  • maximum login attempts
  • session timeout
  • single session per user
  • an IP whitelist

Your devices

You can see your sessions and devices and sign out any of them.

Users and email

Users created by an administrator verify their email. See Users, Roles, Teams & Permissions.
