The folio
A guest's folio holds room charges, extras, payments and any discount. You can void a charge. Totals follow the GCC style, with service charge %, tax % and an optional fixed nightly fee. Print the bill when the guest checks out.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping tasks are created automatically when a guest checks out. Staff update them as rooms are cleaned.
