How to sell tour packages and take bookings

Create a package

Add a tour package with its duration, price per adult and per child, a single-room supplement, and mark it active or inactive.

Schedule departures

Add departures: dates with a number of seats and per-departure prices. The screen shows seats left and whether a departure is open or closed.

Take a booking

1. Choose a departure (dates and prices come from it), or create a custom-dated trip.
2. Enter adults, children, single rooms, any price override, discount, tax and the booking source.
3. Confirm the booking now, or save it as an enquiry.

Vrodux refuses more travellers than seats left. Add traveller details from the booking after it is created.

Payments

Add services, instalments and payments to a booking, and print documents. The Tourism dashboard shows packages and bookings.
