How to set up rooms, room types and rates
Create rooms and room types, block rooms, and set seasonal rates and rate plans.

Rooms
Add your rooms and room types. Use out-of-order blocks to take a room out of availability. Availability respects blocks and cancelled stays.
Rate plans
Create rate plans with meal plan and refundable options. A default plan called "BAR" exists. Set seasonal weekday and weekend rates per room type, and a minimum stay. A booking keeps the rates it was sold at.
Guests
Guest profiles are kept across stays, and a returning guest is found by ID, email or phone.
Hotel settings
Set the check-in and check-out times, weekend days, service charge % and tax %.
