How offline mode works

Turn it on

Offline mode is a per-workspace switch. It works in the browser and in the Windows desktop app.

While offline

Tills record shifts, sales, refunds, voids and cash movements locally. Offline sales are never rejected for stock; if stock goes negative, it is flagged.

When you are back online

Choose Sync to Cloud at day end. Syncing twice is safe.

Good to know

• Switching modes requires everything to be synced first.
• Vouchers, loyalty and customer search are not available offline, and adding a product needs a connection.
• Voiding a sale made before going offline cannot be done while offline.
