Refunds, voids and discounts
Each of these has its own permission, so a cashier role cannot refund unless you grant it. Voiding a sale returns stock correctly, for both inventory-based and POS-based products.
Customers
The customer book keeps customers, wallet or store credit, loyalty and vouchers.
Permission tiers
Roles come in cashier, supervisor and manager tiers. You set permissions for sales, refund, void, discount, sessions, products, customers and reports.
