How to bill, split and take payment

Settle a bill

1. Open the bill from the order.
2. Apply a discount, which needs a reason.
3. Add a tip if the guest leaves one.
4. Take payment, using more than one payment method if needed.
5. Print the tax receipt.

Split the bill

Use split bills by item to give each guest their own items. Whole lines can be split; splitting part of a line quantity is not available.

Refunds and voids

Refunds and voids need a reason, and every discount, void and refund is audited. Each is controlled by its own permission.

Customers and loyalty

Link a customer to a bill. They earn points at 1 point per 100 spent and can redeem them as a discount. Wallet and house-account payments are also supported.
