Roles

The restaurant comes with these roles: Restaurant Manager, Staff, Cashier, Waiter, Kitchen Staff and Delivery Rider. Permissions cover tables, menu, orders (void, discount, refund), kitchen, reservations, delivery and reports.

Shifts

Orders attach to the cashier's open shift so payments land in the Z-report. See How to open and close a shift.

Reports and QR

The restaurant has reports and dashboards. QR table ordering and tracking links are available. Restaurant orders and refunds can also be posted to the ledger through the Finance Integration Center.
