How to run delivery with riders

1. Punch a delivery order on the order screen.
2. Open the dispatcher board and assign it to a rider.
3. The rider opens the mobile-friendly rider screen, which shows the address with navigation, a call button and the amount to collect.

Riders are linked to their user logins, and there is a Delivery Rider role. There are also tracking links for customers. A rider marking an order delivered does not change the kitchen order status.
