How to take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders

1. Open the order screen and choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery.
2. For dine-in, pick the table.
3. Choose dishes by category. Add modifiers (required ones must be filled) and special instructions.
4. Send the order to the kitchen. Use hold and recall to keep an order open and come back to it.

Delivery orders are punched on the same order screen. Orders attach to the cashier's open shift, so waiters do not need their own till.
