How to create a lease and collect rent

1. Create a lease with a tenant and a vacant unit.
2. Choose the payment frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual.
3. Vrodux generates the rent schedule, and the instalments always add up exactly.
4. Record payments against instalments as they arrive.
5. Waive an instalment if you agree to.
6. Take advance rent at signing. It is applied across the instalments in order.

Rent can be posted to Finance through the Integration Center.
