How to list properties and import your stock
Create a property and unit in one step, filter your stock, and import sheets from Excel or CSV.

One listing, one unit
A listing is a property and a unit together. You create the building as you add the unit, and a same-named building is reused. Property types are free text. Listings cover both rental and sale stock, with purpose, listed date, bedrooms, price or rent, area, media, and owner and agent details.
Filter your stock
Use the multi-select filters for building, bedrooms, type, status, furnishing, city, agent and price range. Active filters show as removable chips.
Import
Import rental or sale stock sheets from Excel or CSV. Sale prices go to asking price (not rent), and occupancy is read from the price cell. The original sheet cells are kept next to the parsed figures.
Publish
Each property has a profile with photos that you can print or publish on your website.
