Send tenants due-soon, overdue and lease-expiry emails, and get alerts when a unit is about to fall vacant.

Email reminders
Set up reminders for:
- rent due soon, for example 30, 7 and 1 days before
- overdue rent, with chasers that repeat up to a cap
- lease expiry notices at 90, 60 and 30 days
Add a CC list, set your time zone, preview a message, and use run now to send. Each notice is sent once, and reminders stop when rent is paid.
Reminders are off until you configure them, and Vrodux tells you plainly if no mail account is set.
Vacancy alerts
"About to fall vacant" alerts are in-app notifications to the unit's agent and your administrators. They are not emails.
